Wow! Our poor old PC was on it's knees. You could make a coffee while it was opening Excel. We feared a costly upgrade was necessary, but Steve had it for a day and with a little wizardry it was lightening fast and we didn't lose anything. Great service, highly recommended.

Always had excellent , quick service from Steve at Cotswold Computer Medic Ltd in Kingsholm Road Gloucester.
My previous Windows 10 desk top computer had lasted 11 years, but it was time to replace it in order to prepare for the lack of future support for Windows 10, and prepare for Windows 11.
Having agreed my computer requirements and accepted the quote, Steve quickly prepared the new computer, and transferred over all my files, and photographs in one day, and was able to bring and install it at my home the same evening, with a practical demonstration.
Excellent and prompt cheerful help from Steve, without technical computer speak, in a language I can understand.
