Was able to identify the broken part in my PC (the mobo), was a very fast turnaround of a couple days and after replacing the faulty part, my PC is up and running. Price was reasonable and overall much cheaper than buying parts to test myself.

The route cause was identified quickly.basically the motherboard was used.cheap graphics card none of the ports were working.
Falkirk computer services essentially built it again to the spec i wanted.he also noticed the other guy put windows 10 on it and he said that is being upgraded to windows 11 so he put that on it also.
I can honestly sayi wont go anywhere else and it was a very reasonable price
Im soo happy as my pc had been sitting gathering dust for a while.Now its perfect.i would recommend people use falkirk computers services as they are honest and upfront.no nasty hidden costs and all working as it should.

Jay dealt with a couple of issues I had with a desktop and laptop. He explained process and came up with solutions and various options. He fixed the desktop and ended up giving me a decent deal on a reconditioned laptop going over and beyond what he had to as my original laptop was proving quite complicated.
Very pleased with the service and competitive prices, so would not hesitate to use Jay in future or recommend. Also Jays communication was excellent, and responded to all messages quickly.

Jay did a fantastic job rescuing my aging 13yr old Lenovo Thinkpad, which suddenly slowed down, making it impossible for me to work (HD Video Editing, Pshop, Lightroom). I considered investing in a new Laptop, but with similar spec it would have cost me way over 1,000.
